• Only one Community (free) license of Cookie Control is allowed per user.
• You're free to use Cookie Control PRO, Multi-site PRO and Enterprise PRO on as many websites as you like. The Community edition can be downloaded only once per email address.
• Please retain the Cookie Control icons, name, colour scheme and a link to Cookie Control. If you need to modify the appearance of Cookie Control please consider using our Pro version
• We care about our intellectual property and will take action if you pass the solution off as your own without our written consent.
• Please do not modify our code without our explicit permission.
• We do not accept any liability for non-compliance with any EU / UK or other legislation. Cookie Control alone may not be enough to guarantee compliance with regulations and the responsibility for this is not ours.
• Our geolocation service uses mapping from IPv4/IPv6 to geographical info and is updated regularly. Geolocation relying on IPs cannot be 100% accurate.
• If Cookie Control proves not suitable for your requirements we would be happy to refund your payment if you let us know within 14 days from the day of purchase. Any charges resulting from your credit institution may be withheld from your original payment.
• CIVIC will not share the subscribed email addresses with any third-party entity. CIVIC may use the subscribed email addresses only for important updates about Cookie Control and your account. You may revoke your consent anytime by sending us an email at: info@civicuk.com
