There was some great discussion at the seminar on Wednesday 28 Jan, with a good deal of stress being placed on the difficulties of implementing Analytics in particular, underlying the new legislation.
I think we also uncovered a tension between a strictly compliant approach and the more relaxed approach favoured by the DMA.
Cookie Control is flexible enough to provide a solution for either approach, and in the coming days we'll add a couple of different Cookie Control deployment profiles.
